We've Expanded

If you have recently visited, or are planning to visit, St. Mark in the near future, be sure to get a look at the new facilities that were completed in 2008.  These new facilities have given us opportunities to effectively broaden our ministries, provide additional programming for spiritual nurturing, and increase our support to the Boerne community.  Our vision was to produce a campus that meets the needs of St. Mark and its growing ministries.  To this end, the new facilities have helped us to:

• Extend the ministries that St. Mark has to offer.
• Provide facilities that meet our congregation’s needs now and in the future
• Look for God’s guidance in the ways he wants to work through each of us.

Here is a summary of what was constructed or upgraded:

• The cornerstone of the construction was a multi-use Family Life Center (or FLC as you’ll hear it called) which included a basketball court which serves as a large social area for church-wide and community functions, classroom space, youth space, and a commercial kitchen
• Added a dedicated Choir Room
• Renovated the Sanctuary and Northex areas
• Provided upgraded office space for church staff
• Increased parking and added additional landscaping

10:10 am - Sunday School (all ages)
11:10 am - Traditional Service
(Childcare is available from 8:45 am until 12:30 pm
for children five years of age and younger.)
