A Cancer Support Group for cancer patients, cancer survivors, their families and their friends meets at St. Mark the  second and fourth Monday each month at 7:00 p.m.  Child care will be provided; please call for child care reservations.  The Cancer Support Group has a dedicated team of facilitators:  Larry Warren, PhD, Family Therapist; Fred Hausheer, MD, FACP, Medical Oncologist & Cancer Researcher; and Kathy Herms, Survivor & American Cancer Society Reach to Recovery Volunteer.  The Support Group will provide information on cancer, coping skills, a forum for discussing individual and family concerns, and encouragement and support from others whose lives have also been touched by cancer.  For more information and child care reservations, please call the St. Mark church office at (830) 249-3232 or (830) 816-3000.
